*Chipper Jones’ 2013 club option vests and increases to $9 M with 123 games played in 2012 or an average of 127 games played in 2011 & 2012. The 2013 option increases by $1 M for the following 2012 milestones: 128, 133, 138, and 140 games played, or for the following 2011-2012 averages: 132, 137, 138, and 140 games played. Annual performance bonuses, beginning in 2010, of $750 K for reaching 135 and then 140 games played.
*Tim Hudson’s 2013 option includes a $1,000,000 buyout. Also, Hudson can earn $500,000 if he pitches 600 innings over the next 3 seasons.
*Kenshin Kawakami’s bonuses: $25 K for LCS MVP; $50 K for Gold Glove; $50 K for World Series MVP; $50 K for Rolaids relief award; $50 K for All-Star; $100 K for Cy Young Award; Kawakami also receives an interpreter, spring training housing, an SUV during spring training, access to massage therapy, and, beginning in 2009, 8 round trip tickets from Atlanta to Tokyo.
*Billy Wagner’s 2011 option has a $250 K buyout and vests with 50 games finished in 2010.
*Brian McCann’s 2013 option has a $500 K buyout. McCann also has $3 M in additional bonuses possible for 2012.
*Nate McLouth’s 2012 option has a $1.25 M buyout. 2011 salary will increase by $200 K if he wins the 2010 Gold Glove, by $200 K if named an All-Star in 2010, or by $150 K if he wins the Silver Slugger. 2012 salary will increase by $300 K for Gold Glove and/or All-Star, and by $150 K for Silver Slugger.
*Takashi Saito can earn $500 K if he appears in an unspecified amount of games, and $1.8 M if he finishes an unspecified amount of games.
*Omar Infante’s 2011 club option has a $250 K buyout. Infante can earn up to $775 K in bonuses in 2010 based on plate appearances, and up to $1 M in 2011 based on plate appearances.
*Troy Glaus will earn $250 K if he spends 100 days on the 25-man roster. He will also receive $350 K when he reaches 400 plate appearances, $350 K for 450 PA, $350 K for 500 PA, $400 K for 550 PA, and $550 K for 600 PA. (if he reaches 600 PA, he will likely bump his salary from $1.75 M to $4 M)
*Dave Ross can earn up to $300 K for playing in an unspecified amount of games.
*Eric Hinske can earn up to $500 K with unspecified performance bonuses.
